Post: Wavelab Montage.  Resampled the AUD to 48k and then dithered it to 16 bit with the Apogee uv22hr algorithm.
I laid out the AUD as one long track.  
I split up the SBD by tracks in CDWAVE and synched up each track individually down to the millisecond.
Once I had the sync correct, I panned down the SBD volume to -7.5db and rendered the file to 44.1k
